Ansible Updates

For 1.5:

• no_reboot is now defaulted to "no" in the ec2ami module to ensure filesystem consistency in the resulting AMI

For 1.4.2:

• Fixed a few bugs related to unicode
• Fixed errors in the ssh connection method with large data returns
• Miscellaneous fixes for a few modules
• Add the ansible-galaxy command
